being muslim - a crime or ???

We the people of India unite to form a sovereign socialist, secular and democratic republic. This line of our preamble is very interesting and patriotic but has this meaning being achieved or the recognition of line has been manipulated? Why it is so that a person namely AHMAD or AMJAD is even asked to remove his inner wear for security causes and Anand or Amar can freely pass? I don't understand the difference? Is it so that the security officials have a crystal ball which tells them that he/she might be dangerous?
Wikileaks is exposing on many political issues but we have never heard the reason why Shahrukh Khan was checked thoroughly on the US Airport.
Why this racial discrimination is always there for Muslims? The world is a Pacific Ocean and we people are fishes and leaders are sharks and if out of million fish a hundred are suffering from a chronic disease it is never meant that shark will destroy their community. Coming out of assumptions, No doubt most of terrorism community comprises of Muslims some from Pakistan some from Afghanistan, Iraq etc. but uncertainly no one have ever tried to examine the cause behind this, was America's invasion on Iraq a right step taken with co-ordination of security council,no more further question arises as this is the major cause for terrorism today.
Why Security Council was established? to check into the norms of war and peace basically peace, then why this was occurred?
Who is responsible for spread of terrorism which is turn leads to the differences & discrimination in community?
Today every Muslim is viewed as if he is terrorist; any person wearing a round cap is viewed as if he's here to plant a bomb.
Please friends come out live & let live. We all are same creatures just the difference is between places where we are born and remember no single person is a born terrorist he/she can't purchase a AK-47 from a grocers shop, blueprints of Parliament is not available on goggle, it is just the leaders who provide all this to us (yes "us" because we are one of them) ,change in ideology will preach brotherhood not terrorism.

Aasha ...........ek jaarurat!!!

Trying to be an eminent writer I suddenly felt short of topics to dot down. Finding nothing was something strange but the idea of writing down my own needs would suddenly don't pay my popularity but at least give me a feeling of Relaxation.
Dear Readers, we all know that we need someone to speak to us, someone who could come to you and say common lets party!!!!!, hey you are very sweet!, hey you are the one for me! Sometimes you have to feel his or her presence & enjoy happiness but uncertainly for me it is a ?, Thought of molding myself into political issues didn't worked much, I started reading dozen's of books together but till when someday or other I felt to whom to share my bookish views.
I mean a friend who only has a point to discuss about girlfriends or a girl who ditched you just because you are a psychiatric patient or a family which is now filled upto neck with agitation just because me or the same old line of "no new notifications" on your face book page, or empty status lines or 4th alone new year? Who’s missing? a person who could just come & hold my hand & hug me and I can just cry on that shoulder and who's ready to bear the burden of my Philosophical idea's, In my last posts I mentioned about a girl you know what I hide was the feeling of loneliness in me which provoked me to that eagerness to understand her mind set up & just show her my hand.
Sitting on 4th floor I can see the part of my city which sometimes come near me and say's,” be friend with this shining sun, these cold waves these clouds who are willing to come down but cant hug me.”Whom should I ask that where is my need ending? , should I ask the empty seat which I always reserve from the past months every weekend for movie hoping some day to get it filled.
But let it be as it is might be possible I have a big hamper waiting for me. Hope someone would take place of me late night transistor and cigarettes.

ehsaas...........

As usual the need arose to meet my psychologist as I was feeling uneasiness. We left our place and reached the place; first we met the psychiatrist and were waiting in the garden for the time to arrive of the appointment with psychologist. I have been in love with my hospital as everything was certain there for me.

As I was sitting in the garden under the tree shed(the tree who had been my best pal ever since) the “idly” plate was in my hands and suddenly my eyes glued at a girl in the opposite park lying down on the bed of grass, she must be of nearly 19-20 years of age and her father was sitting next to her and was as if like he was consoling her to not to be afraid the world is not finished it will start once again just and only for you. Something in me insisted me to go and talk to her but I just don’t know what was stopping, I didn’t saw her face at all but still it was infatuating me a lot. Something from inside me was showing me my picture of the same time period when I was here and enjoy the flower beds same way, just the difference was that it was summers in my time and now it was winters.
Doesn’t it sounds strange the season changes, comes and go but every season a new character, a new personality is seen here. We only see one or two but there are millions like we, her and all of us. The gal was showing a strange looks, but something attracted me towards her, it was like she was asking herself at every moment that why are we having a rule in this world that some of us have to be different from others? are we unique or weird? What defines us?
As I climb the fourth floor of my building I find everything very small from here, as if it is like I am the king and all have to work for me for my happiness, my wishes certainly I felt that god would also think the same way he could do any of the changes in any structure while creating humans. His incompetence makes we people to suffer.
Nobody no one tries to talk to us, be friends with us, tries to understand our wishes, anything is nothing for us. That gal till now strikes in my mind today it has been four days past but I cannot forget her. As if she was giving me a way of living, asking me to go and bring her happiness for her, she is revealing me a lot even I wanted to go and share a life with her and cherish moments with her but don’t know what stopped my feet to go in that  direction……………
I wish I could have gone to her and once just once asked her “hey want to be my friend?” hope this would have led to a new beginning of success for her or me or ………………..??????

"Chak de INDIA"

Usually India is referred to as “incredible India…….”
live for it......die for it!!!!
If someone has to guess not obviously me but a common man that, why is it incredible? What will be his answer or answers?
Does the 117 crore people of India make it a unique country? Or our top most rated poverty status or our symbols of service to humanity our dear “politicians”?
Well if I would have to guess I will go with the politicians. Lets have an example of their service, in the most populated country where the per capita income of people living below poverty line is estimated to about 5000 paisa or even less than that, in that state our politicians names are being on the front pages of the newspaper for their contributions to humanity for their own people who helped them to stood up but, the line ending with a scandal or scam. Lets have an example Of the latest “2g spectrum scam” of 1.7 lakh Crore.
Yes you are very right I am talking about former telecommunication minister A.Raja scam. Let me explain in detail………..
In yesterdays I met a Dot employee in club and he seemed to be very disturbed I asked him to share and he replied with a very prominent answer that left me awestruck, he says that his department is going under severe losses and even he and his colleagues are not very sure about their job guarantee.
who's responsible????
I knew the reason but don’t want to speak out as it might make him go more depress sighting into the political depth roots full of worms like A.Raja.
I just wonder that why, what is the damn need to work like this for our politicians? Is government not satisfying there needs and providing them with enough of luxuries so that they would feel free to serve the nation?
And why there is no action against ministers like A. Raja who are killing the roots of our country by their poisonous pesticides of scams?
Or is it we people who are behind there success? Because we only who voted them just because they were our “jaat” vala.
Can we just imagine 1.7 lakh crore amount as huge as removing poverty of a state like Bihar, and bring about flood relief to sufferers of Leh or can just built a new city for them? Is this amount not just enough for improving the defense expenditure?
Going through A. Raja’s profile, he earlier even has to resign on the basis of “adarsh housing” scam,
"we have to make worth 1.7lak crore for them
And again he stood up for the election and won. Might be possible because we people are so simple to test the truthfulness of promises these ministers make to us? Or if said how does he gets the ticket to contest?
Answer can be because of the huge amount of money he or any of his sought paid to party in the name of “chanda”.
I know writing this article won’t make any difference in this political structure of huge banyan tree as I usually refer to it, because many people like me may have posted it on their “blogs” yelling out their anger for such ministers, but still I want that any of those who read it should stand up and unite for our country!!!! For our future aspects, for every divine soul who had laid their lives for we people, for every men sitting on borders to protect us in just an assumption that there is a government who is there to take care of their family so they can happily lay down their lives for their motherland.
But they never know that there are ministers in our government who never wanted a common man to survive until the elections are near. Because it is only the common man who gets sighted in  the fake dreams these politicians show us improve our lifestyles.
And we (the youth of our country) always remember that it is we people who can bring about a change in the country, being the most populated country can be taken as a boom instead as a sin by just uniting and working for one common reason “raising India’s status in every aspect in front of the world”, and it is only possible if we stop commenting and start acting. Common stand raise your hands come out show the world that we are here not as a developing nation but as a nation who is working for the development for its people. “Chak de India"

ideology vs secularism

India gained independence at the stroke of midnight on 15th august 1947. Pt. Jwahar Lal Nehru’s “tryst with destiny” speech was a rarefaction of the heartfelt contribution of our freedom fighters. Contribution of our freedom fighters cannot be foreseen. Our heroes like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandrasekhar Azad and the list never ends.

Preamble of India reads itself as “we the people of India solemnly resolve India into a “secular”, sovereign, socialist democratic republic”. The word secular used here is justifying that we all are Indians we are one and the best example has been our freedom fighters. Most of the martyrs were from different community, speak different languages, wear different clothes, but to be remembered is that they all were united for one single cause, for what they are remembered till today, making myself clear for; INDEPENDENCE and if seen independence in itself explores out bundle of meanings for we people to learn from the footprints of these extraordinary lives who had sacrificed their today for our tomorrow. So on the land of divine souls is it appropriate to fight just because we want our region our culture freedom fighters picture to be on the currency note? Is it really beneficial deal that people from Punjab Want? Yes, I am talking about the verdict of having Shaheed Bhagat Singh pictures on the currency note taking rise in minds and hearts of Punjabi youth. No doubt it brings out a very clear picture of the respect the youth has shown to their hero, but are they really following his footprints? What makes a bigger difference, having Gandhi ji or shaheed bhagat Singh on currency note or our currency being equivalent to US $ or eradicating poverty from the country or raising the economic condition of the country.

In a country where a Sikh is the prime minister and a Muslim the president, will it really make a difference on our lives that if we preach for our region heroes to be raised up just because of the cause of making his picture represent the currency of a secular country? What if tomorrow’s newspaper headlines read that Shiv Sena or Marathi’s want Shaheed Rajguru name to be crafted on Gateway of India? If such things are going to happen in our country then where will our democracy stand? How citizens of other countries will preach our secularism? Our brotherhood! Our humanity! It’s our country; our people, we all are one, no matter who’s on currency note what matter is that are we really following the footprints of the people who laid their present for our future! Or are we just disturbing the divine souls resting in peace by just using their name for political base and stand-ups?

I agree that no matter what extra importance is given to bapu in name of his sacrifices but raising the issues in which we fight on religious bias is not appropriate we all should unite and raise our leaders images in young minds by telling them importance of sacrifices of our leaders. Shaheed Bhagat Singh explains freedom of India as “I will consider my country to be free when all of my brothers and sisters have an equal status and every individual can live up freely”
We should preach for raising their importance but not in manner of challenging other images of our leaders.Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Gandhi Ji’s views were different, there way of working were different they were working for one single cause for their own country own countrymen not because they wanted to have their pictures on currency notes.

ik baat , do pal........

Political issues are generally discussed and brought up by media. Indian constitution being the largest in the world provides every citizen of its country the right of expression of views, and our citizens make a very beneficial use of it .generally we have seen people commenting upon the political issues in front of media ,it even proves to be beneficiary for media and even our politicians that they sometimes even turn up to answer what the public demands. This stuff of people are even ready to leave behind people like Pratap Bhanu Mehta, a very common name for politics lovers.
But a person who doesn't even have a roof over his head, who doesn't know whether he’ll be able to eat his one time meal can even comment upon political structure of India and if vision of such a person is taking breath in your minds then let it grow because it's real, and  if such people show us the real face of our so called "worlds largest democracy"it will be beneficial to we people in turn.
Yes I met this person on 31st October 2010 at 7.30 pm in public market.
I went there for having dosa with my friends suddenly my eyes glued on that man a very old and frail, ragging himself on a four wheeler, The four wheeler was run not by the machines or designed by the renowned automobile companies like Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki or BMW it was just 24”x24” cart ridden by his hands. Earlier thought if he does it for comfort because he wears his rubber slippers in his hands that help him to crawl, but my misconception was removed when I came to know that he is suffering from polio.
I saw sympathy in many eyes but there was no helping hand for him. Something within me prompted me to go and talk to him. After certain formal talks the person began to open up the views that were clustered in his minds
His name was “AJAIYA” named after lord Hanuman, his native is from a small village “SURNAYKANAHALI” it comes under the Chiblapur district of Karnataka. He was a “beggar” by profession .He considers begging as a crime and asks to shot him dead by the government. Ajaiya says that Rs 65 is the cost of a bullet to the government of India and wants the government of India to shoot every beggar as over government is not able to root out this problem from the country. If there is no roof over their head, no guarantee to get a meal a day then, is there any need to live such a life. The best example to clarify this more is that Ajaiya , for the past 4 years he is been sleeping under the extended roof of a shop in the market ,whether rain! whether cold, but no one worries because leaders are enjoying the warmth of their "Bombay dyeing" quilts and an electronic heater !
Oh God! How can one think like this? Isn't he true in saying so? What is being done by our precious leaders for their beggars? Is it so that these people don't even have voter cards and thus leaders don't need them?
When asked why doesn't he goes back to his native home or if there is anyone to take care of him? he replies that he has an elder brother who himself is not much better than him except for the two legs as his so called jagir he owns more than him, and moreover he has two daughters and a son to take care of. He hardly manages two ends meal for his family . His views forced me to think upon newspaper article of a brother killing his brother for what jagir , can now we imagine how this man be wanting his jagir or may be happy for his brother to his possession . I was listening dumbstruck to his intelligent philosophical ideas.
He considers journalists as thieves and journalism as mode of earning money, more money and only money. He says people look at him, gaze continuously, take interest in his lifestyle, but no one ever responded to take interest in him. I was thinking about a mandir whose proper care was not taken properly, i remember about reading local newspaper heading about mandirs that pujaris there turned out to be greedy, then suddenly the theory of karma stroke in my mind, begging is against the divine karma of a human, then what we people do in our daily life in different forms and different names are they really increasing our karma rate.
I suddenly remember of charitable trust for handicapped, i asked him why doesn't he go there? His reply was not really expected, he says that his freedom is snatched by the workers there! i was awestruck, what is he saying? But somehow my proficiency to think stepping into his shoes made me agree that they could be harsh.
He very well demanding for a revolt even spoke about the '' political banyan tree '' of India. The starting line he said, please pay attention: “the man who has power owes the country” giving an example he spoke about an incident few years back during the satta of Lalu Prasad Yadav Bihar’s ex CM’s wife pledges in front of the camera to government to provide her with some aid in turn of the respect of what her husband did for the state. Let me clear this news was seen by him while having tea at a puncture wala shop, if we go according to the data available a Mla’s pay is 25000 only and Member Parliament is near about 22000 only and with such basic pays how can they afford huge properties and such a luxurious lifestyles? I guess the topic is debatable!
Commenting further he thinks himself as nang bhagwan.
Further talks took us on the period after independence; he thinks that under the leadership of Pt.Jwahar Lal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri and smt. Indira as the golden days of India’s glory to shine. He adds that during this period people like him were difficult to find, no doubt they existed but were in better circumstances and in less number. Describing about the India-Pakistan border he says, a bird can’t pass without permission then how is it possible that arms and ammunitions worth million can trespass without known to anyone. He says that if there are riots in our country then why only common man is targeted, why not a politician?
Ajaiya describing his wish says that, if begging is crime under society rituals then shoot him but first just ensure him if any does anything against society rituals such as corruption, rape, murder will government shoot him?
His talks concluded in awakening my sleeping patriotic feeling! When he adds further;
“We people are born Indians, but never taken as a part of India”
Asking upon to explain his thought he says that;
“Beta yahan gareebon ko bolne ka haq nahi hai”……..
Is that so? Can’t a poor person not even talk about his problem? Is there no one to listen to them, to give them there precious minute out of their rat race? Are we really democratic? Abraham Lincoln defines democracy as “the government of the people, by the people, for the people” Does people like Ajaiya don’t come under this definition? Does poverty needs a special definition or Abraham Lincoln was unable to capture all people under his thought for democracy or are we interpreting him wrong? Please help me to solve this maze.
